New Zealand is the place to be in April 2011 for a very special event we want you to attend. In fact we are pleading with you because we are having hundreds of meetings, fund raising and generally working hard to make this event one out of the box! So we want you to come...please!
So come on all you wonderful photographers, start planning now to visit Auckland next. Most of you have a digital camera... come and learn how to make great images! After (or before convention) you can fly to Queenstown directly and enjoy the stunning world famous scenery of Milford Sound and Otago with Autumn colours, or travel north to the beautiful Bay of Islands.
This event is at the North Harbour Stadium. There is accommodation in the area and the full programme and everything you need to know will be on the website in due course.www.shorething.co.nzCheck it out...or on YouTube… http://www.youtube.com/my_videos?feature=mhum
However I will tell you a couple of exciting things. Charlie Waite the ‘God’ of landscapes in the UK’ is going to share his secrets with us. Michael Hall an expat Kiwi who lives in Sydney, is returning home and he has been documenting the effects of global warming. But I love his ‘out there’ people shots! Workshops galore to ensure you learn something while you are here, sunset at a west coast beach or cultural chaos amongst the artists are all options. Plus heaps more! There is free time to socialise and a raft of other speakers as well.
If we can help in any way at all please just ask...
See you next April!
